- Conduct Health Fund verifications as needed.
- Oversee the collection of co-payments and excess charges.
- Collaborate with personnel from various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform additional clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping.

Essential Criteria:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly developed organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including early, late, and weekend schedules.
- Experience with the WebPas Hospital system is preferred.
