Amentum, a leading global engineering, project management and solutions integration company, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

About the Role:

The Construction Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Manager in managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting client expectations.

This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients, providing technical advice, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in project coordination, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Communicate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports
  • Assist in preparing project proposals and bids
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination (5+ years)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Australian or US citizenship for security clearance purposes
  • Manual Driver's License and NT Construction White Card
