About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Project Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Project Managers, sub-contractors, and varied stakeholders.

">

Duties and Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Provide high-level coordination support to enable project and portfolio works to occur.">
  • Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.">
  • Support the Project Manager with the implementation of the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project.">
  • Monitor and report status against key performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routine basis.">
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements.">
    • ">
    • Understand site requirements, specifically the implementation of US versus Australian design standards and CONUS versus OCONUS procurement.">
    • Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to 'STOP WORK' if a job is unsafe or possesses a danger to the environment.">
    • Complete work tasks in a safe manner and report any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or PMO/EHS Manager.">
    • Adhere to environmental, health and safety procedures outlined in the Handbook during the performance of their work.">

  • Any other reasonable duties as requested.">
  • Support the proposals team prior to, during, and following tenders, including organizing project documentation, providing vendor feedback, and supporting contract negotiations.">

Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • ">
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.">
  • Field: Engineering, Construction or Project Management or other relevant discipline.">
  • A driver's license.">
  • Demonstrated 2+ years' relative experience applicable in field of operations, maintenance, and construction or engineering.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both subcontractors and consultants.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of schedule, scope, and budget management.">
  • At least 18 years of age.">
  • Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.">
  • Australian or US citizen.">
