This opportunity is for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Alice Springs, NT. As a key member of our projects and construction team, you will provide technical guidance and leadership on construction projects, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management services for construction projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and safety management.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, coordinating with project teams to achieve program success.
  • Manage project performance, identifying potential issues and developing corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Amentum offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
