The Project Manager will be responsible for providing technical, scope, budget, design, Safety and schedule advice to subcontractors, stakeholders and the client in all aspects of a project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager shall demonstrate and provide project leadership in their area of responsibility.
  • Report to the Senior Project Manager on a weekly basis for coordination with the remainder of the Construction Portfolio.
  • Develop and implement the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project (Project Initiation, Project Execution, Construction, etc.) and communicates and coordinates the implementation of the plan with the project team.
  • Manage the Project Scope, ensuring adherence to the contractual baseline defined in the approved statement of work and contract.
  • Establish, track and report status against key performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routine basis.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a proven track record in managing projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and budgeting.

Our salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
