The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate information to our customers, presenting the services and benefits that SG Fleet can offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and educate them on our products and services
  • Learn and understand our products, processes, and services to provide support and advice to customers
  • Process customer requests and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and complete systems notes and apply customer service best practices
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in customer relations and sales
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and coach team members
