Customer Service Representative Opportunity

City Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving incidents, and ensuring a swift and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve and escalate incidents logged by customers
  • Report to managers as required and ensure correct processes are followed
  • Provide exceptional service by building relationships and rapport with customers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a helpdesk or call centre environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
  • Exceptional customer service focus and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
