Community Support Specialist

We are seeking individuals to support children, teenagers and adults with a disability in their communities.

Flexible hours are available to accommodate study or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support adults with disabilities in the community, one-on-one or in groups.
  • Assist with daily living and personal care needs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A passionate and positive attitude with effective communication skills and good English literacy.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and support clients with personal care activities.
