In this role, you will have the opportunity to support children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities to participate fully in their community and at home.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting clients towards their goals, engaging them in recreation and social activities, shopping, appointments, and events. This includes assisting with daily living and personal care needs, such as meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility.
  • Provide support and companionship to clients in their homes and communities.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and approach to supporting people with disabilities.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to take on new challenges.
  • Effective communication skills and good English literacy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Australian Driver Licence.
  • Right to work in Australia.
