About the Role:This hybrid role requires working across Melba offices in Lilydale/Cheltenham and from home, as part of our team dedicated to delivering high-quality services to people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Detailed Requirements Gathering and Process Mapping: Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop Clear Documentation: Develop clear documentation, including business rules, customer journey maps, and process models, to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements to achieve strategic goals and enhance client outcomes.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project collaboration in medium to large environments.
- Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or equivalent process mapping methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit and document complex requirements.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project tools like Miro or Asana.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
