Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the execution of educational programs across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on SPM & ENT areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic direction and operational roadmap for medical education with ownership for content development and course delivery excellence within ANZ.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to implement and deliver high-quality events that drive adoption in key focus areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Promote innovation in learning and maximize opportunities for blended, flexible solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in medical education or marketing management in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in SPM, ENT.
