Our goal is to establish a strong presence in the Beauty industry, leveraging partnerships and acquisitions to drive growth and category dominance.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with buying teams and senior management at designated retailers.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to deliver exceptional results for both customers and the business.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and information exchange.
- Lead cross-functional account planning with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer-focused strategies.
- Identify and implement targeted tactics with agreed timelines and goals.
- Support new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns to increase distribution and sales velocity with major accounts.
- Analyze customer goals to inform business strategy and make informed decisions.
- Experience managing retail relationships is essential.
- Beauty/Cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to interface and demonstrate influence both internally and externally.
- Currently operating at Mid-Senior level; Category Management experience is also acceptable.
