Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Partner is a key leadership position within the people processes team, responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the region. This role involves managing escalations and leading critical projects throughout the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deliverables.
Required Skills and QualificationsLeadership and Strategic Thinking: Lead strategic initiatives in talent management, diversity, and employee relations. Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters and manage key P&C projects.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges and foster a high-performing culture. Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Coaching and Development: Coach and support leaders to drive business outcomes. A collaborative approach to work with expertise in workplace relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
