Job Overview:This role focuses on enhancing the user experience of our member portal through continuous improvement and content production.
Responsibilities:- Apply content design, UX writing, and digital content expertise in agile environments
- Advocate for best-practice content design principles and processes
- Use analytics and customer insights to improve customer experience and quality
- Develop evidence-based content recommendations based on user-testing and research
- Create inclusive and accessible content experiences that meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards
- Design scalable content design artefacts and help mature content design processes
You will work collaboratively with UX researchers, product managers, experience designers, and other specialists to support the work of squads in this space.
Support and Guidance:The Content Design team is supported by a larger team spanning various areas of Bupa, with guidance from a Content Design Manager and Senior Content Designer.
