Content Scheduling Specialist Role

This is a key position within our organisation's programming and content curation team, responsible for executing daily scheduling operations with precision and accuracy. The specialist will ensure seamless day-to-day management of content on various platforms, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilising scheduling tools to their full potential, with the ability to train new users and maintain high levels of efficiency. They will also play a crucial role in reviewing scheduled content reports to ensure data integrity.

This position requires close collaboration with the programming and content curation manager to optimise the content slate across multiple pipelines. Additionally, the specialist will support cross-functional communication by providing monthly content highlights and briefing internal stakeholders on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule content on digital media platforms using scheduling tools
  • Develop expertise in scheduling tools and provide training to colleagues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled content and review weekly/monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the programming and content curation manager to optimise the content slate
  • Support cross-functional communication and internal briefings
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in content scheduling, preferably in digital media and entertainment
  • Experience with SVOD platforms preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
