The UX/UI Designer will contribute to the creation of user-centric solutions that align with regulatory requirements, organizational goals and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a design system.
  • Conduct customer and user research, create personas and map out user journeys to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.
  • Design wireframes and UI elements that adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design principles in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Content Design Lead, other members of the Strategic Communications team and stakeholders to develop strategies and implement seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, content writers, developers and subject matter experts in concept planning and delivery of effective design solutions.
