About the Role

As a User Experience Lead, you will play a key strategic role in shaping and managing the digital experience of our mobile app.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on user experience and drive business success.

  • You will lead end-to-end design processes from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
  • You will use customer and member insights to develop new and improved member experiences.
  • You will ideate and lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

We are looking for someone with strong relationship-building, influence, and storytelling skills who can work across all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UX Design, or related fields and 8+ years of professional experience in mobile app UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own, deliver, and execute end-to-end digital experience design from conception through to launch and ongoing iteration.
  2. Use customer and member insights to develop new and improved member experiences.
  3. Ideate and lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  4. Lead UX research activities across the mobile app lifecycle.
  5. Translate research insights into actionable design directions.
  6. Articulate ROI and member experience improvements related to design outcomes.
  7. Ensure consistency and optimal approach across all digital channels.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver exceptional end-to-end mobile user experiences.
  • Deep understanding of mobile user behavior, standards, and usability guidelines.
  • Success in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to articulate and present UX strategies, design rationale, and insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX metrics and behavioral data.
