Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to enhance our digital products for Drive, an iconic Australian brand with 3 million monthly online visitors. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, user research, data insights, and AI integration. You will work under the Principal Product Designer, collaborating with a high-performing team that has transformed the Drive brand into a marketplace powerhouse. This position is based in South Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Rapidly translate ideas into interactive prototypes for testing and iteration.
  • Conduct and analyze user research to identify needs and pain points.
  • Use data analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact.
  • Explore AI integration into product workflows and user experiences.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for seamless product launches.
  • Support the creation of marketing and content assets.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in digital product design with a strong portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and passion for user-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Love for cars (not required).
  • Experience with user research platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and data analytics.
  • Interest in AI integration in design workflows.
