Technical Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality work to customers via logged Service Orders
- Perform on-site and remote hardware and software installations
- Provide end user training on hardware and software solutions
- Perform troubleshooting diagnostics of software issues logged via Service Orders
- Perform Field Service calls to achieve customer satisfaction
- Discuss machine faults and problems with customers in a professional manner
- Resolve problems efficiently using the Phone/Remote/Onsite Support process
- Document customer sites following workflow changes
- Maintain an advanced level of knowledge on Ricoh products and solutions
To be successful:
This role will suit someone with high technical aptitude. Full training across Ricoh products and services will be provided.
Requirements:
- Experience in resolving high pressure technical situations
- Current driver's license and willingness to obtain WWCC
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong Client Focus
- Professional attitude
- Proactive identification and management of technical issues
