Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality work to customers via logged Service Orders
  • Perform on-site and remote hardware and software installations
  • Provide end user training on hardware and software solutions
  • Perform troubleshooting diagnostics of software issues logged via Service Orders
  • Perform Field Service calls to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Discuss machine faults and problems with customers in a professional manner
  • Resolve problems efficiently using the Phone/Remote/Onsite Support process
  • Document customer sites following workflow changes
  • Maintain an advanced level of knowledge on Ricoh products and solutions

To be successful:

This role will suit someone with high technical aptitude. Full training across Ricoh products and services will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience in resolving high pressure technical situations
  • Current driver's license and willingness to obtain WWCC
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Strong Client Focus
  • Professional attitude
  • Proactive identification and management of technical issues
