About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional service across various communication channels in Ipswich, Queensland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently
- Offer personalized support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and diligence
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service outcomes
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple computer systems and understand processes
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer-facing environments
