**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Professional. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance through our customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Live Chat and inbound calls, guiding them through our application process
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in Salesforce
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm, professional approach to customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
