Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of technical building services projects, drive innovation and growth in our MEP services offerings, and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.

As an expert in electrical systems design and delivery, you will play a critical role in driving business success by leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project teams to deliver electrical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to grow our electrical services portfolio.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development and success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical systems design and delivery, preferably in a consulting or contracting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
