Technical Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of complex technical projects.

About The Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and controls systems, with a proven track record of managing projects in live operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of MEP projects, prioritizing safety, quality, and performance outcomes.
  • Develop and grow our technical services offering across client portfolios, fostering strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and change control processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support procurement activities and tender evaluations, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  • Contribute to internal processes, financial management, and quality assurance, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in building/technical services, with a strong focus on electrical and/or controls systems.
  • A background in design consultancy or MEP services delivery contracting is essential.
  • Strong technical capability and deep understanding of building systems, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience managing projects in live operational environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and performance outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering (electrical/mechanical) is required, or substantial, demonstrable industry experience in a relevant technical field.
