About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join Talent Butler as a Senior Development Manager and lead the delivery of a large-scale master planned community. The role will appeal to experienced professionals with a background in land subdivision, medium density, and apartment development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle;
  • Manage key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, and gain approvals at local and state levels;
  • Ensure project delivery meets key performance outcomes, including time, cost, and quality;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks;
  • Build networks with Local Government Authorities (LGAs), Councils, and the wider building industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in front-end and back-end delivery of residential projects;
  • Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with LGAs, Councils, and the building industry;
  • Professional and highly driven individual with adaptability and collaboration skills.
