Senior Land Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Land Project Manager to oversee all aspects of land development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and cash flows in line with division goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flows to ensure timely completion within budget specifications.
- Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
- Oversee trade bidding and contracting efforts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
- Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for accuracy and coordination.
- Ensure utility availability and assess costs involved in project development.
- Manage field efforts related to stormwater and air pollution compliance.
- Associates Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License required for essential driving duties.
- Minimum 5 years related functional experience.
