Land Development Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile land development projects.
- The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration.
- Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
- High level industry awareness and engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth, and the successful candidate will have the backing of over 430 experts nationally.
The role involves developing relationships with potential clients and improving/maintaining existing client relationships, as well as contributing to sustainable profit generation and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial risk and demonstrating responsible judgement, recruiting, managing, training and mentoring staff, and managing financial targets including budgets, profitability etc.
