This is a Senior Land Manager position that plays a vital role in a skilled team supporting the group's renewable investments from a land access perspective.

]

You will be part of new project origination and land strategy, responsible for commercial and project land security via landholder engagement, agreement negotiation and relationship maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial and project land security
  • Landholder engagement and negotiation
  • Relationship maintenance

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Current Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with GIS systems
  • Understanding of local community dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in real estate, project development, project management, law or agronomy
