Senior Civil Designer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Designer to spearhead the development of innovative civil design projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers to deliver designs that transform communities.

  • Create and review civil design drawings and documentation for land development, infrastructure, and urban projects
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to develop practical solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders, including councils, contractors, and consultants, to bring projects to life
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and elevating the team's capability

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of civil design experience, focusing on land development or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, Music, 2FLOW, and Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of local authority standards and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
