Senior Land Development Officer

Provide strategic and policy guidance on planning for industrial development, land disposal, and asset management.
We are seeking a Land Development Specialist to lead the negotiation of agreements with stakeholders, including land holders, leaseholders, real estate agents, and government agencies.
The successful candidate will prepare and review strategic plans, policies, procedures, and reports related to land management and assets.
This role involves coordinating the active management of agreements and/or assets in accordance with established plans and policies.
You will also prepare consultancy agreements, manage consultants, and undertake research on complex issues relating to industrial land, economic development, and asset management.
Making recommendations on expenditure, cost recovery, and budget preparation is an essential part of this role.
You will actively monitor compliance issues and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills are required for this position.
