Senior Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our land development projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and design leadership on land development infrastructure, ensuring high-quality documentation, design reviews, and constructability assessments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead land development projects from concept to delivery
  • Provide technical oversight and design leadership on land development infrastructure
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, design reviews, and constructability assessments
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members

Requirements for this role include:

  • A proven track record in Queensland land development with 5-10+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience in preparing design documentation and supporting project management
  • Excellent client engagement and coordination skills
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring cost-effectiveness and constructability
