About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental team in the Asia Pacific region. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our growth and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, with experience of leading teams and managing complex compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our environmental performance, as well as ensuring that we meet our regulatory obligations.

You will work closely with our global environmental team to develop and maintain our environmental policies and procedures, and will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our operations and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sustainability strategies to improve environmental performance
  • Lead and manage a team of environmental professionals
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operations and construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and laws
  • Collaborate with global environmental team to develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related field
  • Several years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex compliance initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
