Job Title: Casual Operations Driver/Warehouse Technician

Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet. This includes picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high demand locations, as well as swapping batteries. In some cases, you may be paired with a ground patroller to support you.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work independently in this hands-on, high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet
  • Pick up e-scooters across the city and move them to high demand locations
  • Swap batteries as needed
  • Work independently or with a ground patroller to support operations

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends
  • Able to work 20 hours (minimum) to 38 hours (maximum) per week
  • Suitable personal smartphone required (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 28-30 kg
  • Valid driver's license required for Operations Driver role
  • Mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience preferred for Warehouse Technician role
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for delivering a seamless customer experience
