Job Title: Dedicated Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to provide high-quality care and companionship to aged care and disability clients. As a dedicated care companion, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting our clients to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant companionship and general supervision to clients
  • Be a stable and supportive companion and supporter in all matters personal, health-related, and emotional
  • Able to work with clients of varying needs and abilities

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of time management and organizational ability
  • Passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people

Work Arrangements:

This is a casual part-time position with 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferably). We operate from our offices in the Waterloo area and prioritize helping our clients live empowered and independently at home.
