- Deliver exceptional service to families and the community
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults
- Effective communication skills, enabling comfortable interactions with diverse individuals
- Reliability and adaptability as a valued team member
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance process
