Companion Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Companion Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and vulnerable individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families. To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitoring and documenting resident progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
