This role is ideal for someone who enjoys spending time with older people, engaging in friendly conversations, and making meaningful connections. You will have the opportunity to work independently, travelling with clients in your car, and ensuring their safety and comfort.

  1. Provide companionship and emotional support to older people in their daily lives.
  2. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  3. Travelling with clients in your car and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  4. Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
  5. Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • 1 year experience in home care (preferred).
  • Driver's licence and reliable car.
  • Australia work authorisation.
