Job Title: Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care support, including showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as eating, social activities, and mobility
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure effective care plans are in place
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Deliver exceptional service to families and the community
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic care environment
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
