**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Companion - AINs to join our friendly team. This role involves providing daily care and support to residents, working collaboratively with the care team to promote the highest level of wellbeing and dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with daily personal care activities
- Support residents with mobility and meal assistance
- Accurately document care provided
- Work in accordance with care plans and under the supervision of nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) **required**:

- Previous experience in aged care **preferred**:

- Full working rights in Australia **preferred**:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
