**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a Support Professional to play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with diverse needs
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal grooming, hygiene, and mobility
  • Support clients with mental health issues and develop tailored plans for their well-being
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families through regular communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold or be pursuing a Cert III in a relevant field such as Disability Support, Health, or Community Services
  • Prior experience in mental health is highly desirable but not essential
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some overnight positions
