Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualised support to clients with varying levels of disability, including personal care, social activities, and daily living tasks;">
  • Assisting clients to achieve their goals and maintain their independence;">
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients;">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to client progress and service delivery;">

Essential Requirements:

">
  • A relevant qualification in a field such as disability studies, health science, or social work;">
  • Experience working with people with disabilities and/or older adults;">
  • Current first aid and CPR qualifications;">
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination;">
  • Police check (or willing to undertake one);">
  • WWVP card;">
  • Australian driver's license;">
