The job
- You will be advising on common workplace issues such as underperformance, misconduct, absenteeism, redundancies, employee conflict, and terminations.
- You will attend client meetings and support managers through tricky people decisions.
- You will assist in the implementation of HR systems and compliance (e.g., policies, contracts, audits).
- You will lead HR project work across our Perform & Grow or Admin & Feedback solutions.
- You will manage client relationships to build a stronger understanding of their business, whilst educating on HR practices.
- You will learn to coach clients, present confidently, and manage client relationships.
- You will contribute to internal knowledge development and mentor junior HR staff over time.
About you
- You're an experienced HR Advisor (or possibly already a senior HR Business Partner) with practical knowledge of employment legislation and how to apply it in real workplace situations.
- You know how to have difficult conversations, explain risks clearly, and work collaboratively with business owners and/or managers to find practical solutions.
