**What You Will Be Doing**

The People Officer is an integral position to the People Operations Team at Peninsula Health. Reporting directly to the Manager Business Partnering and Change, the generalist role is designed to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The role will also be responsible for supporting the daily HR activities across department, specifically for the Business Partnering and Workforce Health & Safety teams.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Previous experience in Human Resources or related field
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or working toward it
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a high-pressured environment whilst managing a large volume of tasks
