**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the HR members of the ELT, the HR Coordinator's main duty is to provide strategic and operational support to the business. No two days will be the same in this role As a change agent and key HR support, the Coordinator will assist in executing/setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results alongside line managers.
Primary duties include:
- Consultation with line management and provision of daily HR guidance
- Working with team to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Embedding a CI mindset to improve ways of working and solutions
- Collaborating with other HR team members with innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
- Involvement in the performance management process
- Work Health & Safety, including Workcover management
**ABOUT YOU**
You are a passionate and self-driven HR professional with some generalist experience. You hold a tertiary qualification in HR/Business/Psychology or related discipline and, knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. Your information technology skills are evolving, and you are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes.
