About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Advisor (Workforce Technology & Insights) to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career to gain broad exposure across all areas of People & Culture (P&C)—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, P&C systems, and project support.

In addition, you will support the P&C Workforce Technology & Insights stream, supporting the internal management, maintenance, and optimisation of P&C systems and workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level advice on employee relations matters
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain and develop HR resources including policies, templates, and process flow charts
  • Act as a HRIS systems support specialist and generate reports to support workforce planning and compliance

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education are required. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and modern awards. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.
