About the Role

  • Maintain and enhance gardens and outdoor spaces, ensuring a high level of quality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to achieve optimal results.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create an environment conducive to growth.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

About You

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods is essential.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards is expected.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team is crucial.
  • A valid Driver's License, White Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) is required.
