Village Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented professional to maintain, clean, and enhance gardens and landscaping within the retirement village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance gardens and landscaping
  • Provide guidance and supervision as required
  • Support the village bus driver as needed
  • Manage groundskeeping tasks effectively
  • Respond promptly to gardening requests from the community
  • Represent the village with professionalism
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a retirement living or aged care environment
