Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned beer industry expert to lead our analysis and insights development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial activity and customer range review process across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Lead the creation of category growth plans for retail channels.
  • Support the development of three-year strategies for beer across off-premise retail customers.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Analyze market trends and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive annual commercial activity and customer range review process.
  • Manage category and customer insight reporting to ensure data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and commercial capability with experience in data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent collaboration skills.
