Job Role:

The Site Administrator is a key position in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation.

  • Provide administrative assistance across community programs
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and manage client records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with financial processes such as invoicing and credit card reconciliation

Key requirements for this role include a VET Cert III in Administration or similar qualifications, evidence of administration experience of more than 2 years, and clear and effective communication skills. You will also need to be able to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
