TheOpportunity
We're seeking a skilled and self-motivated Support Coordinator who wants to deliver high-quality coordination of supports within a structured, compliant, and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone currently working independently or as a sole trader, who is ready to step into a professional team with the right registrations and back-office support.
What You'll Do
Deliver Coordination of Supports (Level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (if qualified) in line with participant goals and NDIS expectations
Manage a caseload with a strong focus on quality service, choice and control, and participant empowerment
Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, engage providers, and resolve service or access issues
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, support networks, and providers
Contribute to continuous improvement, safeguarding, and positive client outcomes
What We're Looking For
Experience in Support Coordination under the NDIS (Level 2 or Specialist)
Relevant qualifications in human services, social work, community services, or allied health
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a collaborative team
Understanding of NDIS principles, systems, and quality safeguards
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to transition clients into a registered provider environment
Current driver's licence and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening)
