We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to support our teams, including the Public Speaking Club, Student Care Initiative, Annual Events, and Arts & Culture Club, Lifestyle Club. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, assisting with event planning and execution, and supporting team members in delivering impactful programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Program Operations: Assist your assigned team with planning, organizing, and executing initiatives, events, and activities to ensure smooth operations and high participant engagement.
  • Maintain Records and Reporting: Help track attendance, participation, and outcomes, and support the team in generating reports or summaries for internal use.
  • Assist Team Members: Provide day-to-day operational support to team members, including coordinating resources, managing schedules, and facilitating communication.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Support event and activity logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, and vendor or partner coordination.
  • Contribute to Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team, suggesting improvements or supporting pilot initiatives.

  • Organized and detail-oriented individuals who can maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Passionate about youth engagement, community initiatives, or cultural inclusion, and eager to learn, contribute, and grow through hands-on experience.
